Day 6: Assisi to Florence

Probably the least memorable day. En route to Florence, we stopped in Siena, and a Chianti winery. Siena wasn't as incredible, and it was getting to the point where we were like, "another cathedral, cool." Which is funny because it seemed like the least ornate church in Italy was more outstanding than the most ornate cathedral in the U.S. Siena is most notable for it's Palio di Siena. Next, was the Chianti winery for a wine tasting demonstration. As you can imagine, that wasn't too exciting for me as it was for others, but the food was actually fabulous and fresh.
