Costa Rica: Day 8 - Returning to San Jose

Day 8 I ventured outside what I would normally do: I went white water rafting!  I've never been before and never thought I would.  And not only did I survive, I had a ton of fun!  We rafted along the Rio Pacuare, and during this time, we saw several waterfalls, beautiful scenery, and tons of birds.  There were these birds that in one light appeared black but as soon as they pivoted a little they were all green!  Luckily we had a tourmates with a waterproof camera and an experienced river guide that could lead us, row and take pictures all at the same time!

I totally had a crash landing... I slammed into the girl in front of me and was just stuck like that with my butt in the air.  Classy, I know.
