Okay, okay, maybe I'm not up to Goddess snuff yet... but I can try! This weekend I threw a party for myself, because I do things like that. Some people thought I was crazy because I baked mostly everything that was served for my own birthday party.... but the truth of the matter is that I LOVE cooking. Particularly with the arrival of my beautiful KitchenAid mixer:
| Chocolate Decadence Cake - it's not a sweet cake so I wanted to add powdered sugar. I was just going to sprinkle it on, lamenting that I did not have any stencils and did not want to make any doilies when my roommate suggested using a cookie cutter. I only had a Mickey Mouse one.... so then I decided to cut some strawberries and make it a Minnie Mouse! |
| Me happily eating my Chocolate Nutella Lava Cookies... I think by far my favorite dessert of the evening! |
| This is the gooey wonderful center. |
| White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake |
| Me, laser eyes, and my two cakes! |
So, should I add these to my generic prospective wife application and portfolio? (Obviously I would have to tailor each resume, portfolio, and cover sheet to the specific guy but a generic one is always a good base, right?)
